Job Description
Facilitate HR Operations
o Ensure post Recruitment procedure (New Joining)
o Employees Full Final Settlement
o Employees Mediclaim, Personal Accident Superannuation Scheme
o Employees Personal Data Base Management
o Manage Time Attendance Administration.
o HRIS HR Analytics
o Continuous and continual process improvement through HR Audits
o Ensure Employee Relations drive Employee Retention strategy
o Recommending changes in employee benefits e.g. medical insurance schemes and ensuring that employee benefits are competitive and aligned with statutory requirements
o Attending and Solving Employees Salary Income Help Desk For Salary TDS Related Queries
Income Tax Computation Projection, Form 16 16AA, Income Tax eTDS 24Q Qurterly 27A Annual Returns
Manage Legal Statutory Compliance
o Handled statutory compliance for PAN India location as per requirements of the labour laws
o PF, ESIC, PTAX Others Statutory Compliance
o Registration procedures of Shops Establishment Act
o Handling employee related disciplinary issues taking appropriate actions such as show cause notice, warnings, conducting domestic enquiries and termination etc.
Frame Compensation Benefits structure
Formulate new HR Policies
o Design, evaluate and modify HR policies to make sure that all the programs are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements
o Prepare distribution of written and verbal information to employees regarding benefits, compensation, and or any other policies.
