Calculation various statutory benefits like bonus, gratuity, Pension & leave salary and handling full and final settlement computation. implementation of HR policy and compliance of the same and give inputs on HR policies w.r.t its compliance. Ensure statutory and regulatory compliances are adhered consistently. implementing PMS and handling various stages from goal setting to finalization of appraisal ratings. Setup processes for handling employee issues and grievances. Ensure effective communication of HR System and Policies and consistent application across levels and locations. Co-ordination with various Division. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in relevant role. Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills in English. Full-Time MBA holder from a reputed institute. Good Experience in Advance functions of MS excel like lookup, Pivot etc and other MS Office Tools. Experience in Spine HR tools is preferred, (Spine Payroll NX and HRMS) Should have handled end to end Payroll in any tool. Experience of Leave and attendance Management in Any tool. Experience of compliances regards to various labour laws.
