Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities-
-Responsible for full cycle recruitment and placement.
-Understanding the client organisation with respect to existing business activities, organisation structure , culture, job requirement Laying special focus Job Description and specification.
-Searching a suitable CV from existing Database from CV database of job sites, mapping executive search and headhunting.
-Skill Set mapping for various requirements.
-Arranging the interview rounds.
-Sharing CV and coordinating with candidates for interview.
-Coordination with HR and Candidates to complete joining formalities.
-Job posting, Head hunting, bulk mailing, bulk hiring.
- Conducting recruitment drives.
-Negotiating with the clients on relaxing the criteria in the JD like Salaries & Educations, Experience or any other Skills.
-Providing clients with relevant and quality candidates within the stipulated timeframe.
-Maximizing the number of selections of the candidates to increase the book size and reduce TAT of closing the Bulk requirements.
-Maintaining relationships with the clients by providing excellent client service.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills:
- Fresher’s are most welcome
- HSC/Graduation/ Diploma Holders/ MBA
- Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
