JOB DETAILS
Primary job responsibilities would be :
Talent acquisition and recruitment
Responsible for overall talent acquisition objectives within the company by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
Provide overall strategic direction of Recruitment team initiatives with diverse lines of business.
Manpower mapping / Succession planning and recruitment
Performance management and formulation of key HR metrics
Costing and budgeting for allocation of requisite resources
Employee connect and employee engagement
Personnel management and liaise with vendors for in line with company protocol.
Pre-requisites for befitting candidates :
Currently engaged as Talent acquisition specialist in an organization of repute (Preferably Manufacturing/Oil&Gas Domain)
Strong expertise into core recruitment, talent acquisition, talent management and manpower planning.
