JOB DETAILS
As a Non-IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, screen, and hire qualified candidates for various non-technical roles within the organization. You will collaborate with HR Head to understand their staffing needs and source candidates through various channels. Your role is vital in building a strong workforce that supports the company's objectives and fosters a positive work environment.
· Identify job requirements and create detailed job descriptions for each open position.
· Utilize diverse sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a wide range of qualified candidates.
· Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
· Review incoming resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
· Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
· Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural alignment with the organization.
· Communicate promptly and professionally with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
· Address candidates' questions and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
· Generate regular reports on recruitment activities.
