Job Grade - Senior Manager
Job role:
• Build and Manage a diverse pipeline in Consumer / Retail asset business
• Partner with business stakeholders for successful results
• Sourcing from various mediums like Linkedin, Naukri, etc to close all positions with minimum lag. Additionally, cordinate with Vendors & Consultants to build a strong pipeline.
• To provide best available talent to businesses, within budgets and stipulated timelines.
• Contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the business heads and other stakeholders on a regular basis
• To tap non-conventional sources of hiring maintaining the right sourcing mix.
• Ensuring quality of hire and adherence to internal compliances & process
• Promote companys reputation as best place to work”.
Job Requirements:
MBA with specialization in HR
At least eight years’ experience. Prior experience of Talent Acquisition role from Consultancy Background is preferable.
Should be comfortable managing logistical and operational challenges involved in recruitment and onboarding
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
