Handling End to End Recruitment process.
Responsible for full recruitment process: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Experience with sourcing techniques with high turn-up ratio.
Screening resume & end to end recruitment.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Following up on the interviews process status.
Make tracker- sheets on regular basis for proper records.
Required skills Well-versed in candidate handling.
Must have knowledge of Word, Excel & Power Point.
Must be target-oriented.
The candidate must be willing to work in Pan India Location
