- Ensure the organization has a sharp focus on delivering high performance

- Drive Compensation & Benefits as a strategic lever to drive performance and to attract and retain top talent for the company
6. HR Operations & Payroll Management
- Ensure our HR operations deliver a high level of employee service and compliance levels
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in playing a Senior HR Manager or similar role with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in HR space
- Expertise in HR across talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management system, employee relations, HR policy & frameworks and compliance with HR laws
- Have led the various HR Teams for a mid-sized organization
- Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and of quick decision making
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
