Our client is one of the oldest textiles Mills in the country. With over 100 years of manufacturing experience is looking AGM Hr & IR who will also be heading the department. A candidate who has worked in a textiles Mills, having an experience in working in a family run organisation is a must.
Looking for someone with minimum 15 years of experience in HR&IR
Must have handled union negotiations.
Brief Profile of Candidate. (eg. 10 yrs experienced HR manager with experience in both plant and corporate) Looking for a candidate who is:
a. Proficient in IR Labour laws, settlements, external stakeholder management
b. Mature
c. Driven/Energetic/Self-Starter
d. Capable of working in ambiguity
e. Passionate about being part of setting up/creating something new
f. Analytical thinker who gets into details
Job Description Purpose: To lead HR in the factory with the objective of driving:
a. Harmonious IR
b. Productivity

d. Cost Consciousness

Key Result Areas a. Provide direction and guidance to the corporate and factory team at the unit on building, maintaining and leveraging harmonious industrial relations
b. Be the key architect of translating that vision to reality
c. Set up HR processes and systems that are a benchmark in the organization and beyond
Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 13,00,000 P.A.
