Job Overview:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR department. This role involves handling employee relations, recruitment, training and development, compliance, and other HR-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Addressing employee concerns and inquiries.
Mediating conflicts and resolving workplace issues.
Promoting a positive work culture and employee engagement.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Conducting interviews and participating in the selection of candidates.
Facilitating new employee onboarding and orientation.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs within the organization.
Coordinating and organizing training programs.
Supporting employee development initiatives.
HR Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Managing employee records and documentation.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies.
Performance Management:
Supporting performance appraisal processes.
Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
Providing guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
Benefits Administration:
Managing employee benefits programs.
Assisting employees with benefit-related inquiries.
Collaborating with external vendors for benefits administration.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compiling and analyzing HR metrics and data.
Generating reports for management review.
Assisting in making data-driven HR decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
