Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities, appointment letter, appraisal letter, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
Implementing HR Policies & compliances. IR , labor laws & compliance handling.
Employee grievances handling/employee welfare
Timely updating various policies. Acts & adhering strictly to the Labor laws
Compiling & consolidation of Salary data/calculation.
Wage & Salary Administration. Payroll Compilation.
Disciplinary actions, Training & development, grooming of manpower.
HR Audits.
Able to prepare the all HR, operation & safety policies & effectively implement them into the organization.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Skills: -
Should possess fluent communication skills.
Must possess strong knowledge about all HR policies, Rules & Regulations, Client Co-ordination.
Statutory Compliance handling .
Education:
Bachelor's / MBA in HR
Job Types: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹10,000.00 to ₹20,000.00 /month
