Manage HR Operational Activities
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Drive employee engagement activities and culture initiative rollout.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities, appointment letter, appraisal letter, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
Create detailed report on HR reports- Weekly and Monthly dashboard
Induction, orientation, joining & exit formalities, appointment letter, appraisal letter, NOC, Experience letter, relieving letter.
Employee grievances handling/employee welfare
Disciplinary actions, Training & development, grooming of manpower. Ensure maintenance of up to date employee database with complete information about the employee
Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Employee retention
HR Audits.
Experience & efficiency in handling blue collared staff
To ensure offers of employment and associated contract documentation are within HR policy, including appropriate employment checks.
Handling Exit Management
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee attrition.
Prepare and follow budgets for personnel operations.
To take responsibility for specific HR-related projects from time to time and as required researching, progressing and coordinating on the same.
To attend meetings, briefings and ad-hoc working groups as appropriate, and contribute to the development of the HR function.
To undertake any other duties, as may from time to time be required.
