Role & responsibilities :
Overall Administration and Human Resource Management.
Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.
Handling contractual management systems including commercial contracts. • Employees engagement and welfare initiative.
To ensure effective systems in time office.
Payroll & its related functions.
Legal Compliance under Labour Laws.
To ensure Employees Grievance Redressed Procedure.
Work on annual increments, promotions, transfers and separations.
Resolving employees queries, payroll, benefits; Closely interacting with Government Authorities on various administrative matters; liaising with Govt. Officials (Police, Labour Office, RTO, Electricity, Water, Telecom, PF Office, etc.), Social & Political Group.
Management of Administrative functions: i. Security ii. House Keeping iii. Contract Labour Management iv. Training & Development
Monitoring office activities and maintenance of attendance, various rules, holidays calendars, work schedules and leave record necessary for processing payrolls of employees
Drafting of letters for various Ministries/various Govt. authorities.
Other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time. Design compensation and benefits package
Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company's values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them
Execute the employee's annual review procedures
Counsel employees as required
Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination
Organise events and conferences for employees
Manage workplace safety issues and complaints
Measure and understand employee retention and turnover rates
Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations
Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire
Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Maintain and record employee attendance
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Preferred candidate profile
3+ years of experience in HR Management or a similar role
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
Proven ability to design and implement company policies
Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labor laws
Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills
