The job involves overseeing the recruitment process, managing leave and attendance, handling payroll and compliance, administering employees' personal accidental and medical insurance policies, and maintaining/updating employee data and formats. The responsibilities also include reviewing and updating HR policies, conducting timely performance appraisal reviews, and managing employee separation processes.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria: a graduate degree in any discipline, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in managing all HR functions, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and exposure to advanced Excel. Additionally, the candidate should be a permanent resident of Mumbai and must have accommodation there.
