Job description
The Sr. Human Resources Executive will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Job Roles:
Recruitment
Source potential candidates from various online channels
Advertise job openings on the companys careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates for hiring managers
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Guide in helping their team in recruiting and hiring employee workforce
Support and Suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
Employee Life Cycle:
Maintaining a smooth onboarding and offboarding process and developing adequate induction and training
Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
Liaise with internal teams to create corporate accounts for new employees
Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed
HRMS
Provide technical support and training to HR professionals and employees on the HRMS, including system functionalities, data entry, and report generation.
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, working with IT or external vendors to resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
Implement and maintain the HRMS software, ensuring data integrity, system security, and user access control.
Assist with change management activities related to HRMS implementations, including communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
Employee Engagement
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
Develop and lead the employee communication and engagement strategy
Partner with HR and other cross-functional teams to strengthen the critical focus areas of team culture, shared purpose, and values
Communicate with employees to understand and collect feedback
HR Operations
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
Building a relationship between employees and organizational management
Moderate and act on employee benefit programs
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
Ensure legal compliance throughouthuman resource management
