Job Brief: We are looking for smart & dedicated Recruitment Professional (Hands on Experience in hiring for Automotive/ Manufacturing/ Engineering OR process Industry) to join our Recruitment Team and help us grow more. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and creating pipeline of potential candidates for various roles.

Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment.
Some of the key activities that you will be doing are:
Draw search plans for client requisitions to build candidate pipelines
Manage candidate pool effectively to increase utility rate across multiple customers
Hands on Experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Engineering OR process Industry.
Complete recruitment cycle understanding from consulting background
Exposure in working with MNC clients.
Ensure overall productivity and efficiency within the team
Engage Sr. candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and client organizations
Take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle Roles and Responsibilities
