Experience: 3 to 6 years
Locations: Viman Nagar, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
Expert in sourcing profiles from job portals & social platforms as per requirement.
Excellent understanding of recruitment processes.
Screening Resume, line-up for interview & follow up.
Approaching prospective candidates through various communication channels
Ensure implementation of policies.
Handle HR communications
Conduct HR Pre-screening
Desired Candidate Profile
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience in IT recruitment
Must be an innovative, self-starter with abilities in grievance handling and people management.
