Job description Designation: Sr. HR Executive Experience: 2 to 4 Years Job Responsibilities: Administer compensation and benefit plans Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process Maintaining the employee life cycle from on-boarding to exit Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, employees grievances and resolve any issues that may arise Assist in development and implementation of HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them Undertake tasks around performance management and organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace Employee engagement: organizing events and team-building activities for employees Managing employee safety, welfare, wellness and health facilities, issues, and complaints Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees Oversee daily operations of the HR department Branding of company on social media platforms Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Vendor management and administration Requirements and skills: Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist or similar role Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Good knowledge of statutory compliances Experience with full-cycle recruiting Good problem-solving skills & decision-making abilities Good interpersonal and communication skills Multitasking and parallel working Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach Must be proactive in taking on responsibilities Knowledge or experience of MS-office Education: Any bachelor or masters degree, HR Specialization will be preferable Employment service agreement: 2.5 Years Looking out for candidates who can join immediately Company address: Enzigma Solutions LLP.
