Able to handle entire Employee Lifecycle.
Sourcing Candidates & Coordination with Recruiters Consultants, and Internal References.
Correspondence to employee for Increments, Transfer Letters, Promotion Letters, PIPs, Appointment Letter, Experience letter, ID card, visiting card, SIM Card and timely release of the same.
Induction & Introduction of Team Employee Engagement Activities
Clearance of vendors Bills
Training and Induction of new joiners.
Handling smoothly Employees Grievance.
Employee Engagement and other office activities.
Disengagement Office administration (Canteen, Housekeeping, others as per requirement).
Organizational Announcements Anniversary Emails, Birthday Emails F&F, Exit, F&F Payout Travel Expenses & Reimbursements BGV to be handled.
Compliance - PF & ESIC Attendance Management and Biometric System Payroll Inputs.
Travel arrangements and Requisition as per the need of the organisation.
Email ID Creation, Employee personal File Creation on HR One Creation and Documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA with 4-8 years of experience in HR Generalist profile.
Candidate preferably a Female with excellent communication skills.
Immediate joining with in 15 days
Candidate from FMCG or service industry will have an added advantage.
