Role & responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organizations.
2. Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other channels to attract potential candidates
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and prioritize recruitment
efforts.
4. Manage day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
5. Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize
performance and productivity.
6. Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and
implementing corrective actions as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and recruitment, with a focus on the US staffing industry.
Proven track record of success in operations management, talent acquisition, and client management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Having exp with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
