Job description Roles and Responsibilities HR business partner (HRBP) would be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees, designated business units & Corp.HR. Regularly engage with respective Business Head & Corp.HR for manpower requirement and placement. Manpower planning. Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. Analysis of trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions. Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations. Works closely with the employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation. Develops terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers. The individual should be a smart, aggressive, and assertive professional with excellent Stakeholder management skills. Employee Engagement and PMS support. Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement Sourcing the talent through job portals, employee referrals, Campus Placements, walk-ins, social media platforms, etc., to optimize recruitment costs. Partner with the Business lead to ensure seamless coordination of all Hiring activities & position closure as per TAT Research and recommend new sources for building an active and passive candidate database Develop & driveways of employee engagement activities in the Branch Responsible for maintaining key data and preparing HR Dashboards Actively identify concern areas in the talent acquisition process and drive projects to improve the same. On-Boarding: Conduct Induction for new joiners across locations (About Company policy, Rules & regulation, reporting structure, etc.) Responsible for completion of all the joining formalities entailing collection and verification of documents for the candidates. Send welcome emails Ensure submission of all signed and scanned documents and maintain personnel files. Ensure deployment of laptops to all entitled newly joined employees Issuing visiting cards/ID Cards Coordinating with the vendor for Bank Account opening for new joiners Updating employee data in HRMIS Maintain HR trackers like new joiners, Probation confirmations. Maintain inputs for quarterly HR dashboard. Maintenance of Leave Records, Personal Records & Files. Exit Management: Coordinating with the corporate IT team to deactivate all the accesses of the exiting employee Coordinating with the facilities team to ensure smooth handover of company-provided assets and hardware. Conducting Exit interviews & ensure Exit Clearance Form completion & submission to Corporate HR. Sending Full & Final Settlement emails to all exit employees. Preparing an Attrition report every month. Attendance and Leave Management: Maintenance of attendance & Leave Management process. Making backend leave and attendance changes for employees as and when needed Preparing Leave Tracker and compiling attendance for processing payroll. Vendor Management: Coordinating with various vendors to procure letter heads, ID cards, Visiting cards, and post-joining goodies. Working closely with the finance and procurement team to ensure a smooth invoicing process Administrative Support: Biometric impression creation Preparing audit files Issuing supporting letters to employees on request (police verification letters, etc) Handling all employee inquiries & grievances. Desired Candidate Profile 1. Any Graduate, MBA in HR(Preferred) 2. Work experience of 3-5yrs in human resources function with 70% Talent Acquisition & 30% HR operations 3. Should be excellent with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 4. Good communication skills required 5. Should be well conversant with job portals including Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc. 6. Should be process-driven and assertive to drive talent acquisition agendas 7. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. 8. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. Perks and Benefits CTC Approx.
