Responsibilities and Duties
Statutory Compliance
a) Patvin Compliances as per Factory Act & Minimum Wages Act
b)Preparing new joinee data to generate PF UAN & ESI code
c)Submission of Annual returns as per factory, Minimum wages & ESI Act
d)Taking care of employee benefits such as Gratuity, Bonus, Insurance etc
e)Documentation for Employee PF claim/transfer/Part withdrawal
f)Documentation for Gratuity claim & Gratuity renewal
g)Preparation of Contractor agreement as per clients requirement
Site Compliance
a. Gate pass documentation at various sites
b. Submission of compliances as prescribed format given by the client
c. Gate pass documentation at various sites
General administration -
a. Vehicle booking for guests
b. Event Management as & when required
c. Coordination with Security guard board as & when required
d. Coordination for Water tank cleaning for all Navi Mumbai locations
e. Coordination for transit policy as & when required
f. Arrangement of Seasonal Greeting cards /gifts/diaries to clients
g. Employee visa documentation
Employee Documentation-
a. New Joinee background verification
b. Making salary breakup of new joinee as per the wages act
e. Preparing appointment letters
f. Preparing confirmation letters/Probation Extension letters
g. Employee Exit formalities
Salary Computation
a. Monthly Salary working
b. Employee Salary Tax working
c. Taking care of Employee loan & advances
Contract labour management -
a. Hiring of helper and other contractual manpower for Factory and site operations
b. Keeping check and renewal of contract agreement if any
Time office ( Attendance ) -
a. Daily Attendance - Patvin 3 locations & Site
b. Keeping leave record of employees
