Full job description
Key Responsibilities
➢ Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
➢ Maintain management and employee relations by understanding demands, grievances or other issues.
➢ Managing the Talent acquisition, Payroll Process, Compliance, Training & Development.
➢ Evaluation, schedule interviews, salary negotiation and helping candidates with joining formalities.
➢ Ensuring the on-boarding formalities, induction process to new hired candidate
➢ Handling payroll Process
➢ Manage Compliance (PF, ESIC, PT and Gratuity, All statutory returns, and Insurance policies schemes.)
➢ Planning & Budgeting (Manpower Cost & HR Budget Yearly).
➢ Manage training & development and provide training to staff according to organisation requirement.
➢ Have good communication Skill (English, Hindi, Marathi).
➢ Bachelors/ Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
