JOB DETAILS
· Recruit candidates. HR needs to understand the organization's needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.
· Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
· Process payroll.
· Conduct disciplinary actions.
· Experience in developing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
· Maintain employee Relation.
· Conduct benefit analysis.
· Conduct Employee Development Programs.
Salary Range- 20K to 25K per month
IT skills: Competency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Email, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
Qualities: Energetic/ driven, Versatile, Confidential, Hardworking, Loyal, Trustworthy, Strategically Aware.
Note- Reporting office will be Nerul.
preferred Female Candidate. and Marathi speak, read & write will be preferable
