As a Sr. Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our appraisal management system, employee relations, and training development. You will be responsible for ensuring a positive work environment, resolving employee grievances, and implementing performance management strategies. Responsibilities: Appraisal Management: Implement and manage the appraisal management system to facilitate fair and accurate performance evaluations. Collaborate with managers to set performance goals and monitor progress. Provide constructive feedback to employees and assist in their professional development. Employee Grievance Management: Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to find appropriate resolutions. Training Development: Develop and conduct training programs, including orientation and performance training, to enhance employee skills and productivity. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create relevant programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements as needed. Good Employee Relations and Proactive Action: Build strong relationships with employees and promote a positive organizational culture. Take proactive actions to promote employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. Act as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance on various HR-related matters. Entry and Exit Procedure Handling: Manage the entry and exit procedures for employees, ensuring smooth transitions. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of paperwork and compliance with legal requirements. Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Intermediate level of experience (2-5 years) in a similar role. Graduation is mandatory, and an MBA in HR is preferred. Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office, and biometric attendance management systems. Excellent conversational and coordination skills. Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills. Demonstrated work ethic, time management, and leadership abilities. Effective decision-making and conflict resolution skills. Critical thinking, positive attitude, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. Empathy, patience, and active listening skills to address employee concerns. Cultural awareness and strong interpersonal skills to work with a diverse workforce. Networking, responsibility, and self-motivation to drive positive employee relations. Emotional intelligence, persuasion, negotiation, and flexibility in handling various situations. Language proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory. Working Conditions: Work mode: This is a full-time position based in our office. Working hours: 9 hours per day. Weekends/Overtime: No weekend work or overtime required. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: 15,000 to 20,000 INR for entry-level candidates, 20,000 to 25,000 INR for experienced candidates. Compensation package includes health insurance, provident fund (PF), and performance-based bonuses.
