Roles and Responsibilities
Assist HR & Admin Head and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR from Hire to Retire life cycle of an employee.
Implementing Training & Development program.
To ensure proper on-boarding process and exit formalities
Handle monthly payroll administration and preparation.
Responsible for co-ordination of PF/ESIC and PT challans & ensure timely payments.
Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical check-ups, bonus, LTA etc.
Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees with HRMS & P-FILES.
Responsible for effective updating of HRMS including PMS module and Payroll software
Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
Knowledge of license and renewals for factory & offices
Coordination and Liaoning for factory Act
Ensure adherence of policies and HR related statutory requirements
HR data preparation for monthly MIS
Desired Candidate Profile
MBA HR/ MSW from reputed institute
2-4 years post qualification experience as HR generalist in manufacturing organisation.
Pleasant with excellent interpersonal skills
Good listener
Good in written and verbal communication
Analytical
Dedication and ownership
Active and energetic
Hands on on SPINE or any other Payroll
Handling HRMS software
HR statutes and Labour Codes
Advanced Excel and PPT
