Full job description
Hiring for HR executive for Thane location.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter who will understand the technical/non-technical requirement, source and execute the recruitment process to ensure to the have right candidate on-boarded within the TAT. A people person who is inclined to learn HR concepts and trends.
Execute complete recruiting cycle for the open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, pre-joining activities etc.
Create/amend and post job descriptions on career website and/or social media.
Sourcing majorly through Naukri job portal and LinkedIn.
Executing Onboarding formalities and related documentation
Attendance and Leave Management.
Preparing monthly payroll and coordinating with Finance team for processing it.
Handling HR Audits under guidance of Senior HR member.
Driving the Employee Engagement Initiatives.
Handling Employee Separations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
