JOB DETAILS
Handling End to End Recruitments.
Set objectives for the HR team & track progress.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work enviorment.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Monitor HR metrics.
Organize learning and development programs.
Ensure HR staff addresses employees request and grievances in a timely manner.
Maintain HR procedure that comply with labor regulation.
Taking interviews.
Preparing salary in coordination with accounts dept.
Handling Leave records.
Knowledge of PF, PT, Gratuity and other statutory compliance is mandatory.
Knowledge of PF portal.
Eligibility Criteria :
Proven work experience as a senior HR manager & executive or similar role.
Hands on experience with Human Resources Management software including payroll system
Excellent communication & leadership skills
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Ability to foster healthy employee relation
