JOB DETAILS
The candidate is responsible for executing the HR function at Store level with a view to speed up efficient delivery of HR services and be the first level of interface between HR & Operations for all HR related initiatives and query handling.
Manpower Planning & Budgeting
1. Plan for the manpower of the store for every year
2. Employ the thumb rule/manpower norms for planning the manpower i.e. Projected Sales and Business Plan
Recruitment & Selection
1. Have a recruitment strategy at the beginning of every year
2. Recruitment of staff at other levels basis the Manpower Plan.
3. Identify sources of free recruitment viz., NGO, Institutions etc and tie up with them.
4. Drive Employee referral scheme.
Joining Formalities & Induction
Ensure joining formalities are done on the day of employee joining viz.,
1. Issuance of Appointment order
2. Employee orientation/ Basic Induction to be conducted explaining the new employee about the policy & procedural guidelines etc., before deputation on the job.
Employee Engagement
1. Plan & Implement welfare programmes & activities for the staff as per the calendar.
2. Enter into welfare tie-ups with various set-ups
3. Drive Launch Pad successfully.
Statutory
1. Every employee to be covered under all the prescribed statutory regulations.
2. Ensure Store adheres to all the legal procedures.
3. Ensure every employee has a leave record and the same is regularly updated in the leave records as well as in the HRMS/RAMCO.
4. Liasioning with Govt. /Statutory departments.
Personal Files
1. Audit and upkeep of all personal files.
2. The databases of all employees are available and complete in all respects HRIS.
Attendance , Payroll
1. Payroll processing
2. Update the sales incentive data of eligible , the report of the same has to be sent to the Payroll exe / Regional HR.
Performance Management
1. Ensure that the LDS of all employees is in a free and fair method of conducting performance appraisals.
