JOB DETAILS
Collaborate with local team to provide operational expert HR advice to meet needs of the business and the individual needs of the employees in line with company policies and local legislations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Operations – India
Hiring, onboarding, negotiation of the offers, closure on the positions
Handle Payroll and Leave Management
Complete Exit process and F&F settlement
Vendor Management, Compensation input management
Executing Compliance Initiatives
Data Maintenance and HR record keeping using organization ERP (Workday)
Have knowledge of Workday navigation
Issuing various letters (Insurance, Visa, NOC etc)
Managing associate queries regarding PF, policies etc
Engagement
Design, plan and execute local engagement initiatives
Manage logistical elements of the engagement survey & drive participation
Keep engagement actions execution a priority throughout the year. Monitor & communicate progress of action plans
HR Business Partnering & Organization Development
Partner with business teams on Key HR Processes - Performance & Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, ERP. OD Interventions and Rewards & Recognition
Analyze Data & Bring out insights for India team related to the processes mentioned above
Maintain current knowledge of relevant legislation; recommend improvement initiatives; conduct training as required
Maintain and strengthen HR documentation including policies and procedures
KEY COMMUNICATIONS
This position has regular contact with Sr HR Manager for India, local management and regional Business Unit managers and HR teams at other Danaher sites.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
Professional Experience
Solid understanding of HRM practices and employment laws
Min 6-8 years of HR Operations & Business Partnering Experience
Advanced computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel & Power Point
Demonstrated ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Experience in HR Tools like Workday would be advantageous
Education
Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management
Travel (required estimated % of time)
