Forward profiles of suitable candidates to the franchisees to fill vacancies therein
Documentation & Database Management
Maintain a database of all potential positions to be staffed at the Corporate& Centre with the corresponding status
Prepare a record of all manpower requirements of the centres and the number of references given per position
Creating & maintaining related MIS.
