HR Executive Main responsibilities include: Recruitment and Selection: You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. You may also collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process. Onboarding and Orientation: Once candidates are hired, you will oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are smoothly integrated into the organisation. This may involve conducting orientation sessions, assisting with paperwork, and facilitating training programs. Employee Relations: As an HR Executive, you will act as a point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related matters. This includes addressing employee queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. You may also be responsible for implementing employee engagement initiatives and organising employee recognition programs. Performance Management: You will play a crucial role in managing the performance evaluation process. This involves setting performance objectives, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback to employees, and identifying areas for improvement. You may also work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans and ensure performance-related issues are addressed effectively. Compensation and Benefits: You will assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs. This may involve conducting salary surveys, analysing market trends, and making recommendations for salary adjustments. You may also handle benefits enrollment, educate employees about their benefits, and address any benefits-related queries. HR Policies and Compliance: As an HR Executive, you will help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices. This may involve staying updated on employment laws and regulations, and providing guidance to managers and employees on HR policies. Employee Data Management: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate employee records and data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). This includes updating employee information, managing employee files, and generating HR reports as needed. HR Projects and Initiatives: As an HR Executive, you may be involved in various HR projects and initiatives, such as implementing new HR programs, conducting employee surveys, or participating in organisational development efforts.
