JOB DETAILS
Responsible for managing all activities from on boarding to Exit of the employee
-Induction/orientation seminar to new employees, and explaining new hires the organizational work, culture, policies and procedures.
-Ensuring documentation of new hires and left employees, conducting references check of new joiners
-Payroll administration, preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreement, contact/appointment letters an SOP manual
-Employee database management
-Monitor HR daily operation and workflow efficiency.
-Managing the attendance, recruitment and payroll of outsourced staff
-Maintaining staff discipline through counselling and preventive actions
-Handling and resolving employee queries
-Managing Internal & external audits
Analysis-
-Ensuring timely MIS reporting
-Annual Manpower budgeting and monitoring the same.
-Succession planning
