Joining Formalities Induction Orientation and Training to the newly joined employees.
Well versed in MS Office
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Exposure towards complete end to end Recruitment Cycle
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan
Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates
