Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and other HR-related tasks. The role requires a candidate who is knowledgeable in HR management and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Experience in HR management and operations
Good understanding of HR policies and employee relations
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Experience in the BPO industry would be an added advantage
Ability to work well in a team and independently
