Roles and Responsibilities
Having Good Communication skills and Quick responding / reacting nature.
Prior Experience: Should have 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment.
Regular one-on-one discussions with employees and new joinees to ensure smooth onboarding experience and also know the pulse on the floor.
Looking for HR who is strong in PF, ESI and other Statutory Compliance.
Should be able to understand the Operating Processes and Systems of the company in a short time.
Talent Acquisition - Good hands on experience in sourcing/negotiation/good track record of offer to joining ratio.
Managing Employees and Motivating them.
Desired Candidate Profile
Managing employee records as per SOP requirements.
Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers).
Must have experience in talent acquisition We are looking for smart and active candidates.
Work well under pressure Excellent organizational skills.
3 years experience in recruitment with exposure to other HR activities.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant meeting Audit requirements.
