Job description
We are an IT-based product company and a Great Place to Work certified company.
We are currently hiring for the role of HR Executive in Hyderabad for our HRBP function. This position is specifically for experienced professionals with 3 to 6 years of expertise in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles. Please note that this opportunity is not suitable for recruitment profiles or freshers. Candidates should be available for immediate joining.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies to support organizational objectives.
Provide proactive HR guidance and support to business units.
Employee Engagement:
Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Conduct regular surveys to gather feedback and initiate action plans based on results.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management, fostering positive employee relations and addressing concerns.
Conduct investigations and provide resolution for employee relations issues.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Identify opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate with the L&D team to implement relevant training programs.
Support career development initiatives for employees.
Organizational Development:
Assess organizational needs and facilitate organizational change initiatives.
Drive initiatives related to culture, diversity, and inclusion.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all HR policies, labour laws, and regulations.
Update and communicate changes in HR policies as necessary.
Compensation and Benefits:
Assist in the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to compensation.
Qualifications:
3-6 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP functions.
Strong understanding of the IT and ITES industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Show meticulous attention to detail in HR processes and initiatives.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
MBA is must. HR certification (e.g., SPHR, GPHR) is a plus.
