Job Description: As an Senior HR Executive, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of HR operations and the delivery of high-quality HR services to our employees. Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews as needed. 2. Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. 3. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and procedures. 4. Handle in payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating salaries, and coordinating with the finance department. 5. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations. 6. Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee feedback mechanisms. 7. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training programs, and other HR initiatives to promote a positive work culture. 8. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee experience. 9. Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and effectiveness of HR programs. 10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address HR-related issues and drive organizational objectives. Qualifications: - Any Graduate with equivalent experience or MBA in HR preferred. - Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or related field is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers are also encouraged to apply. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information. - Proficiency in MS Office suite and HR software applications is a plus. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
