Corrohealth is hiring Sr Executive -HR Operations
Position : Sr Executive -HR Operations
Experience : 3 - 6 Years
Location : Hyderabad
Shift : Mid Shift(02:00PM TO 11: 00PM)
Notice Period : Immediate / Less than 30 days
Role & responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in support functions, fostering strong relationships, and facilitating communication with relevant HODs.
Collaborate with business units to design and implement rewards and recognition programs that enhance employee motivation and job satisfaction.
Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new employees, including orientation sessions and personalized welcome communications.
Address employee grievances promptly, identify recurring issues, and propose effective solutions. Provide counselling and support as needed.
Oversee the implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) in alignment with organizational objectives, facilitating constructive feedback and positive outcomes.
Manage the exit process, including conducting exit interviews, facilitating clearance procedures, and issuing relieving letters in a timely manner.
Facilitate employee retention meetings within seven working days of receiving resignation notices, providing actionable feedback to relevant managers.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, including skip-level meetings, HR and manager skip sessions, and fostering a culture of fun and camaraderie in the workplace.
