Job description 5+ Years of experience in Core HR Activities MBA - HR - Mandatory Ensure all SLAs and objectives of Employee Life Cycle are met within the desired timeframe. Take complete ownership of Employee Engagement activities and establish proper feedback mechanisms. Manage End-to-End Recruitment process from resources onboarding to exit. Ensure all processes are in place for Employee Onboarding and ensure a wholesome onboarding experience for new joiners. Oversee the entire Employee Development and Learning (L&D) for the organization, deliver employee training programs, and make necessary changes or amendments as needed. Collaborate with Finance admin to ensure smooth payroll processing every month. Review, monitor, and follow the checklist for HR Generalist activities, including taking care of benefits for all employees. Draft and maintain Employee Policies including Employee Handbook, IT Policies, workplace policies, and ensure compliance is maintained. Make all Hiring Decisions for open requirements for the organization in collaboration with Management. Manage Vendor Management activities for Hiring and HR activities. Participate in Client Engagement activities with an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Maintain organizational documentation, including but not limited to - MSA, NDA, SOW, Work Order, and Invoices. Take proper feedback and manage Employee Grievances. Mitigate any concerns with the employee in collaboration with management. Maintain Regulatory Compliance in assistance with Finance admin, such as - PF, Gratuity, and Health Insurance. Maintain Attendance and Leave Management for the organization for all employees. Conduct, recommend and implement employee retention strategies during restructuring. Help prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees and management. Assist in creating and enforcing policies that are fair and consistent for everyone in the workplace. Mentor, reward, and promote employees Performance Management. Participate in Peer review and performance management.
