Required Experience: 3+ Yrs.
Location (Noida Sector -8)
Role & Responsibilities:
Attendance & Leave management.
Knowledge of Statutory & Legal Compliances.
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts.
Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
Manage the organization's employee database and prepare reports.
Maintain attendance sheet.
Generating ESI and PF challans.
Handling employees requests and queries.
Handling documentation of new joinees
Perform exit formalities.
