Role & responsibilities
To manage all internal and external HR-related matters
To manage 360-degree recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
Handling the termination process, issuing warning letters, issuing the termination letter.
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees and resolve grievances
Monitor front desk and office administration-related responsibilities
Processing the company's payroll and F&Fs as per the legal standard and company policy
Designing and updating existing company policies as per legal laws.
Conduct Analysis of Employee Benefits & monitor employee performances
Uplifting & maintaining the organization's culture.
Maintaining the employee documentation and employee file records.
Performance Appraisal and Performance Management
Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Acts as a liaison between the organization and external vendors, which may include administrative requirements, Finance consultants, etc.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, celebrations, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
MBA -HR specialization qualified
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information systems (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external employees and customers
Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing an exemplary work environment
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
Knowledge of basic laws and policies.
