Job description
Assist and support HR Manager and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards
Review and ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files.
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
End to End Recruitment Process.
The Position will Report to Sr. Manager- HR.
Qualifications
The candidate should have Bachelor's/Masters degree in Human Resource.
Preference to MBA HR holders
Can travel to Kharghar Navi Mumbai location.
The candidate should have a work experience of Min 3 years to 6 years.
