Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing need - Handling end to end recruitment for Nykaa Fashion
- Sourcing Channels – Managing and recruiting through job portals (login’s) like LinkedIn, Naukri, iim jobs, Vendors, Walk in drive, campus hiring, employee referral, IJP. - Onboarding and Induction - Responsible for HR Application Tracking System (ATS) – Hands on experience of recruitment and reports
- Vendor Management – Setting target and co-ordinating with vendors to achieve our closure within TAT.
Align buddy session & manager sessions for new joinees.
- Data management -
Maintenance of everyday HR trackers like offer tracker, position tracker and candidate tracker.
- Source Mix - Analyze data and share insights for various areas of Talent Acquisition like source mix data (self-Source, Employee referral, vendor,campus placement) - Employee Grievances - Have handled employee grievances
- Candidate Experience - Audit and evaluate the candidate interview journey data like pre-interview form, interviewer assessment forms, background verification etc to ensure standard and set interview processes are followed.
