JOB DETAILS
The candidate is required to manage hiring individuals at senior, lateral levels as well as across both graduate and post graduate campuses. Must be capable to identify recruitment partners, coordinate candidate selection process. Review and screen resumes, set up interview schedules and provide logistics support and follow-ups.
Manage and resolve employee relations issues.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, and contribute to the development of new and improve upon existing policies.
Identify training needs for employees and management, and participate in evaluation of training effectiveness.
Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures and workforce planning; deploying and advising on effective change management and communication strategies.
Handling Talent Acquisition for 1st line, 2nd line and third line levels providing guidance to find correct talent for executive levels.
Responsible for onboarding all new hires
Process terminations, including exit interviews and collection of company property.
Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
Partner with HR Director to deliver HR programs such as Continuing Education, Employee Recognition, Annual Performance Reviews and Check-ins.
Develop improvements for HR processes and procedures to scale with the business.
Coordinate annual and new hire compliance trainings to ensure ongoing compliance.
Conduct employment verifications.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR Director to develop solutions, programs and policies
