JOB DETAILS
1.Responsible for managing all HR functions of the company.
2.Conducting the overall induction and orientation process for all new recruits.
3.Shall handle Payroll/Statutory Compliances
4.Resolving queries and guiding team with respect to recruitment, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Medical claim Etc.
5.Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
6.Exit formalities, exit interview and full and final settlements.
