1. Design and develop overall recruiting strategy.
2. Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle.
Sourcing from different Job Portals and other innovative ways of hiring.
3. Responsible for managing all the levels of hiring.
4. Play a role of an evangelist for new joiners and be their point of contact for all HR related concerns.
5. Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance
6. Organize employee engagement activities and events at the organizational level.
7. Conduct Exit interviews, record and analyse data and present to the Co-founders for further action
