Roles and Responsibilities Job Responsibilities Recruiters develop and implement recruiting plans and strategies designed to fulfill University staffing needs. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Advertise job openings on company careers page, social media, job boards and internally Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to HOD or Principal of the department. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
