Job description
Interact with Business Heads and Departmental Heads for understanding hiring needs.
Prepare manpower budgets along with attraction plan for targeted positions.
Source relevant candidates from job portals, institutes, social media etc.
Manage interview process to ensure the selection of culture-fit candidate, along with domain fitment.
Negotiate with selected candidate about offer terms inline with budgets.
Keep engaged with selected candidate till joining.
Conduct induction and onboarding of candidate, including facilitation of functional induction.
Maintain all relevant documents and reports for analysis, review and process improvement.
Partner with different stakeholders for understanding and sensing people pulse.
Plan and execute engagement activities inline with people needs.
Develop strategies to attract industry specific candidates for existing and futuristic talent needs.
Research about new hiring trends and contribute in devising the hiring strategies.
Strive to create pool of shortlisted candidates to cut down turn around time and contribute in business outcomes.
