Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Report to Sr. HR Manager and provide decision support through HR metrics
Nurture a positive working environment
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our Company's Recruitment, HR operations, Learning & Development and Employee engagement programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
